Kitchen Remodel. Out with the old. New Elect, Plumbing and pass through bar. On the right I am opening up a wall like the one on the left where you can see my electrician. John

New tile, Cabinets on the tile. Just doing it right. Hole in wall is for new elect and plumbing. Moving frige. Water and detigated elect. All plugs going GFCI. Firdown will be extended over where the frige goes for an upper bridge cabinet.

Tile done and grouted. Waiting on cabinets

Kitchen remodel done. Custom Cabinets in a two tone olive, Glass Back Splash and Tea Leaf Quarts counter tops all new lighting and fixtures.

New Oven and Convection/Microwave.

This Summers Drought brought us hundreds of hummingbirds

We were refilling 3 of these quart feeders every day. These little bugger were thirsty

The HomeDe travertine delivered to this costumer really sucked but we made lemonade out of it in their bathroom closet. Turned out really nice

Another customer that bought crap from guess where. We went through 5,000 sqft. of this awefull stuff in order to lay 2,000 sq ft. We (they) kept taking back the bad stuff. Went through the stock of 4 box stores to get the job done with halfway descent tiles. No worries, some sucker will buy the crap we took back.

And Flush. That is a dime I can slide between all the tiles. 1/16" grout lines.

Thats Me again. We took this job over from some one that after taking out 2,000 sq feet of tile didn't have the talent, skill or equipment to remove 2,000 sq feet of old thinset. We took care of it in two days. Notice my dustless technology!

Thirsty Wild Parrots

Retiled these folks floor. At first they wanted no harth around fire place. I wouldn't stand for it. They didn't realize how much better it would look if they just let me do it. They were thrilled.

The House to the left had a very common problem. Builder grade crap poorly installed. The tiles were coming up all over the place. This problem is very prevelant in the Pearland area. Builders use cheap products, cheap labor and take sloppy short cuts. It looks good for about a year. When the warranty is up, the tiles start coming up.

Common problems I find. After an prepurchase upgrade to tile. Rather than pulling up the lanolium they just lay on top. LOL. What a joke. Not Funny

Not cleaning the floors of dust, sheetrock mud and paint. No time. Geturdone.

And the floating tile floor on Roofing Felt.
WTF. Those guys need to be run out of town. Who thinks this S@#%T up?
