Off with the old multi layers.

Painstakingly tedious taking out all the old nails and staples.
But necessary to do it right.

If you don't strip it, you won't find the damage that needs to be repaired.

Digging deeper, we find why the ceiling is sagging and leaking.

Leveling Strings that we will use to shim the deck up with.

Shimming up the Joist/Rafters to the strings.

All Shimmed, Reienforced and Insulated.

Back on with Good Decking.

Back together, stronger, flater and insulated.
Now, Lets seal this thing up right.

First, I prime the decking material before putting on the weather seal membrane.

First Layer of Weather Seal

Weather Seal on and up the slanted roof.

Second layer of Weather Guard. This stuff is really sticky.

Now for the color match roofing material.

Flat roofing done. Putting on new shingles where we had to remove them to run the material up the pitched portion of the roof. Problem Solved

Had to rebuild the whole corner of this house.
